Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Address points within 1/2 mile of a commercial railroad. These addresses are susceptible to a potential evacuation in the scenario of a train derailment. The 1/2 mile evacuation zone was recommended by the Department of Transporation. This dataset was created for the 5 year hazard mitigation plan for Crawford County Department of Public Safety. Updates are scheduled every 5 years as the plan is updated. In the event of an actual train derailment, the Train_Derailment_Buffer layer will be used to find updated addresses.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
