The data points contained within these feature class were document through the application of a Survey123 for ArcGIS tool to record the location and data on each proposal received by Crawford County Planning. The data recorded in this feature class will be used to support long-range planning efforts and create reports to monitor development activities.</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>PROPOSAL_NAME {Proposal Name} – The official name of the proposed subdivision or land development.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>REVIEW_ID {Review Identifier} – A code created by the Crawford County Planning Office to track SALDO proposals. This code details whether the proposal was a subdivision (S) or land development (L), the calendar year the application was received, and a number indicating its order among proposals received during that year.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>NOTES {Description} – Provides a description or overview of what the subdivision or land development is proposing to accomplish.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>REVIEW_LEVEL {Review_Level} – The level of County review procedurally applied to the proposal (Administrative or Commission).</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>PLAN_TYPE {Type of Plan} – Indicates whether a SALDO review is a Minor Subdivision, Major Subdivision, or Land Development.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>PLAN_PREPARER {Plan Preparer} – The full name of the surveyor, architect, or engineer who provides their certificate on the plan. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>FILE_LINK {Link to File} – Hyperlink to the file folder that contains the proposals application, plans, and notification letter. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>REVIEW_STAGE {Review Stage} – The review state for which the plan was prepared. This is either the "Sketch," "Preliminary," "Preliminary/Final," or "Final" plan review stage. Preliminary/Final should be used for those single or minor plans where the ordinance specifically says that both stages can be combined.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>DATE_RECEIVED {Date of Receipt} – The date that Crawford County Planning received the proposal’s application, plans, and appropriate review fee. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>DATE_REVIEWED {Date Reviewed} – The date that Crawford County Planning sent its SALDO proposal notification letter to the local municipality. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>PUBLIC_WATER {Public Water Access} – Whether the proposed development or lot(s) will tape into a public water system. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>PUBLIC_SEWER {Public Sewer Access} – Whether the proposed development or lot(s) will tape into a public sewer system.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>NET_LOTS {No. Lots Created or Eliminated} – The net number of lots that will be created by the subdivision proposal. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>PREVIOUS_LAND_USE {Previous Land Use} – The existing land use (by category) present before development or redevelopment take place under the SALDO proposal. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>PROPOSED_LAND_USE {Proposed Land Use} – The proposed land use (by category) to be fulfilled under the SALDO proposal.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>NEW_PRIN_SQFT {New Principal Square Feet} – The amount of square feet of real-estate proposed. </SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>DEMOLISHED_PRIN_SQFT {Demolished Principal Square Feet} – The amount of square feet of existing real-estate to be demolished.</SPAN></P></LI></UL></DIV></DIV></DIV>
